Objective: 

Each student will be required to do case studies, Field Work, Project related to the syllabus. They will be required to prepare and submit a report file on the same for internal evaluation as well as external evaluation.

The panel of examiners will evaluate the practical file.

Case studies/Role Playing/ Power Point Presentations based on Personality and Activity areas of HRD.

Case studies/Role Playing/ Power Point Presentations based on Learning and HRD Modules.

Case studies/Power Point Presentations based on Foundations of Group Behaviour and Subsystems of Human Resource Development.

Case studies/ Power Point Presentations based on Leadership and Potential appraisal.
