Management Development: Role Play, In-Basket Exercise, Simulation, Management Games, Case Study, Team Development, Designing and Evaluation of Training lecture method – correspondence method – Programmed learning , brain storming ,panel discussions ,syndicate method , Sensitivity training

Subsystems/Mechanisms of Human Resources development: Potential appraisal – Individual and group coaching, Quality circles and Transactional analysis
